All of our products are SOLD AS IS. Returns/Refunds are accepted only if the item is substantially misrepresented in the description or damaged during shipping. If a parcel and item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and damaged pieces for Claims purposes. A Claim cannot be filed without the item and original packaging.
